1. What’s your ultimate self-care routine after a long day to relax and unwind?
Very long shower, do my skincare routine, cook dinner, put on my diffuser and do some stretching before hopping into bed and watching an episode of Friends!
2. Any advice for someone wanting to pick up surfing for the first time?
Consistency is key with surfing, it takes time to get the hang of it but if you do it enough and stick with it you will start to see progress very quickly!!
3. How do you stay motivated to keep working hard towards your goals?
I’m always motivated by my desire to be the best I can be and also sticking to my value of commitment so I get up every day wanting to improve and get better so that I can achieve those goals.
