Recipe: Oat Pancakes

Make your breakfast extra healthy and delicious! These superfood-infused oat pancakes are super filling, nutritious and delicious.

Made with banana and oats, they’re rich with fibre and packed with nutrients that support your gut health. This recipe is so simple to make, is gluten and dairy-free, providing a healthier alternative to regular pancakes. So spoil yourself for breakfast or a weekend brunch in bed.

Oat Pancakes

Ingredients

1 banana
2 eggs
1 cup of oats
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp vegan vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup almond milk

Method

1. Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth and well combined.
2. On the stove, using a pan on medium heat, spray with coconut oil or vegan butter to ensure the pancakes do not stick.
3. Using about a 1/4 cup worth of batter per pancake pour the mixture and cook for 2-4 mins on each side.
4. Top with your favourite fruits, coconut yoghurt, chocolate or granola and enjoy!
